November 4, 2015 - Threat Control Numbers Added

Threat Control Numbers Added:  Numbers have been added to the table for the effect of Threat Control skill points on the PvE threat stat (“ThreatScale”).  Exactly how this percentage number translates in game is still unclear, but at least  now we know the number and how it scales with the skill points.  Credit and thanks to @h2o4dp for PMing me with this information, which came from his question to STO developer Borticus in an interview.  (See https://www.reddit.com/r/STOAggronauts/comments/3o5jj2/further_threat_and_af_interactions_explained/cwewe3p.)
